My guess is their front line staff doesn't have a call tree to explain what to tell customers for this, and they are not interested in looking into the engineering problem to find an actual solution. MSI has stopped responding to my support ticket after they told me to downgrade my bios and then told me it was not downgrading because I didn't follow their instructions. Then Windows forced it to the newer bios which doesn't perform any better or worse, so I left it. I did get the BIOS to revert and tested and it still randomly went to sleep. I have used the Nvidia graphics tools to force Windows to only use the discrete card.

Then it went another week without doing it. My iMac began randomly going to sleep a month ago.
